The Observer Chair The Miracle of Healing Self Esteem Dave Blanchard 9781606451151 Books
Most people who see this book won't understand from the cover exactly how much value it has. We are all made the same way, we all grow up with imperfect life situations and yet all of that brings us the opportunity to become much more. Dave gives us the tools to navigate the inner flows and currents that run between out subjective and our objective mind. His Observer's Chair metaphor is simple and powerful; I am not my feelings I am me having feelings and from that perspective, I am a being having a human experience that gives me choices about how I can react to what happens around me.
I highly recommend reading this book with a yellow marker, more than once, to extract the wisdom that is available to us all.

LOVED this book
The book helps you understand a process for how to understand your behavior and change it. Only purchase this if you are committed to making a change
Self-help in an easy read. Blanchard is masterful. Tries to swing wide to be inclusive of a broad variety of burdens we may carry.
Dave Blanchard knows how to get to your inner springs and dig out the rust, if you want to work it out. He is willing to stand with you and guide you through your personal observer experience and help you see as much as you need to throw out the old tethers that hold you back from being your best self. I love this book, and look forward to more from Dave.
Dave's first book "Today I Begin a New Life" opened my eyes to new possibilities. However, to fly freely, you have to unteather yourself.
The Observer's Chair addresses the core tether that we all struggle with - Loving ourselves. It's an incredibly short and easy read to be so foundational and transformational. The Observer's Chair provides specific, simple approaches to free ourselves from the doubts and fears that hold us back from acheiving our dreams.
Thank you Dave for bringing us this blessing!
It's siimple and accessible for anyone and everyone!
